ktvu news broke this story yesterday. we learned the six are accused of taking part in a series of raids at san francisco residential hotels. and those raids were captured on video as you see here. >> they were going into the rooms without warrants. in some cases, we believe they were stealing items and there was no accountability. >> this was our worst fear or -- i don't know that it gets any worse than this. >> the head of san francisco's police officers association has released this statement in response to the scandal.
